AAU Basketball
We will be offering competitive basketball for Boys and Girls for 3rd – 8th Grade. Tournament season will run October 2023 – March 2024. The goal of Locker Room AAU is to build a foundation of fundamental basketball that we can continue to learn, grow and love the game of basketball. This will be tournament based teams, our goal is to participate in 5 – 8 tournaments for the season.

Coaching will have direct oversight by our program directors.  We want all youth going through our program to be challenged and grow both fundamentally in basketball but also emotionally, and with strong character. Questions, please contact Courtney Lange at courtney@lockerroomfitness.com.
